Request a return authorization




  • All return requests must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date.

  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.

  • All items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, etc.)

  • Star SALE items and Other Promo Sale items are considered Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.

  • Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and/or 20% restocking fee.

  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your returned package as JFY is not responsible for lost return packages.

  • Returns are processed within 3-6 business days upon receipt of the package.

  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.

  • Please check jfy Shipping Insurance, Free Returns and/or Free Exchanges for $2.99.

    JFY will replace or fully refund lost, missing, or damaged packages, up to the entire order value in case of any loss or damage during shipping.

    JFY will pay for shipping back Returns to our warehouse and in case of Exchanges JFY will ship back to you the item Free of Charge.

    JFY will accept Request to Return or Exchange for 30 days effective date of delivery of your package. 

    Exchanges are Free if you have already purchased the JFY Package when you placed your order. If you have not purchased the $2.99 JFY Package you have to return your item and submit an new order for item or size you want.

    We recommend that you select this jfy Package to receive all above for only $2.99.

    If this is not selected at checkout shopshoestylist.com will not be able to compensate, replace or refund for any lost, missing or damaged product during shipping.
    The customer will have to pay for any returns or exchanges unless it is a defective item.
